About

Provides support and advocacy for families of children and young people (0-25) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Central Bedfordshire. They connect parent carers through events and workshops, ensuring their voices are heard in the design and delivery of education, health, and social care services. The forum has been active since 2013 and has grown to over 2,000 members, fostering a community that shares experiences and raises awareness of the challenges faced by families. SNAP PCF works in partnership with local services to influence improvements in SEND provision.
