Payment and access, explained
What do I pay for?
Three things, each priced on its own: a one-off £29 for the CIC Formation Pack, which includes your documents and six tailored policies; a one-off £30 Policy Pack for CICs that are already registered; and Grant Coach at £39 a year after your first complete answer is free. Nothing is bundled into a monthly subscription.
Can I cancel Grant Coach at any time?
Yes. Grant Coach renews annually and you can cancel before it renews, with no cancellation fee. The Formation Pack and Policy Pack are one-off payments, so there is nothing to cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards through Stripe, plus the wallets Stripe offers at checkout, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Do you file my application with Companies House?
No. We write your CIC36 and Articles of Association in the wording and format Companies House requires. You upload those two documents to their online service yourself and pay their £115 fee, which takes a few minutes. Companies House and the CIC Regulator then review the application; how long that takes is up to them. We are not a filing agent and never submit on your behalf.
What happens after I buy?
Formation Pack and Policy Pack purchases include 12 months of AI-assisted generation. Completed documents and policies stay available to view, edit and download after that window. They do not renew automatically. Grant Coach unlocks as soon as payment is confirmed, and your first free answer stays saved.
What does Ben’s personal review cover?
Within two working days of payment, Ben reads your answers, your CIC36 and your Articles of Association. If anything needs strengthening or explaining more clearly, he emails you practical tips and suggestions. If everything looks good, he emails you to confirm. Your documents are available to download immediately, so if you want his feedback before filing, wait for that email before submitting to Companies House.
What does the rejection guarantee cover?
If your application is rejected because of an issue with the CIC36 or Articles we generated, such as the wording, formatting or structure, we will correct the documents free of charge and guide you through resubmitting. If we cannot put it right, we will refund what you paid in full. If the rejection is about something outside the documents, for example the Regulator deciding the activities themselves do not meet the community interest test, a company-name issue or identity verification, that is not covered by the refund, but we will not leave you stranded: send us the rejection letter and we will still help you understand it and revise your answers at no charge.
I bought the Formation Pack. Do I need the Policy Pack too?
No. The six policies are already included in the Formation Pack. Sign in and open Policies from your dashboard to generate them.
