Payment and access, explained
What do I pay for?
Three things: a one-off £50 for CIC formation, including your documents and six tailored policies; a one-off £30 Policy Pack for existing CICs; and Grant Coach at £39/year after your first complete answer is free. Nothing is bundled into a monthly subscription.
Can I cancel Grant Coach anytime?
Yes. Grant Coach renews annually and you can cancel before it renews, with no cancellation fee. The Formation Pack and Policy Pack are one-off payments, so there is nothing to cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards through Stripe.
Do you file my application with Companies House?
We do the hard part - writing your CIC36 and Articles of Association in the wording and format Companies House requires. You do the easy part: upload those two documents to their online service and pay their £115 fee. It takes a few minutes, and Companies House typically confirms within 24-48 hours. We are not a filing agent and never submit on your behalf.
What happens after I buy?
Formation and Policy Pack purchases include 12 months of AI-assisted generation. Completed documents and policies remain available to view, edit and download after that window. They do not renew automatically. Grant Coach unlocks after payment is confirmed and your first free answer stays saved.
What does the rejection guarantee cover?
If your application is rejected because of an issue with the CIC36 or Articles we generated - the wording, formatting or structure - we will correct the documents free of charge and guide you through resubmitting. If we cannot put it right, we will refund your £50 in full. If the rejection is about something outside the documents - for example the Regulator deciding the activities themselves do not meet the community interest test, a company-name issue, or identity verification - that is not covered by the refund, but we will not leave you stranded: send us the rejection letter and we will still help you understand it and revise your answers at no charge.
