Provides young people aged 13 to 17 with opportunities to develop leadership skills through cricket-related activities. The Young Leaders in Cricket program empowers participants to engage in volunteering within their local cricket clubs and schools. The initiative focuses on personal development and teamwork, fostering a sense of community among youth in the Sevenoaks area and beyond. Although currently not accepting new enrollments, the program is expanding and aims to reach more young leaders in various locations.
