Built by someone who's been in the trenches

For over a decade, I've been out on the streets of the North West, feeding and supporting people experiencing homelessness. What started as a couple of volunteers serving 15 meals a week has grown into a team of 300+ volunteers reaching over 4,000 people every month.

Running a community organisation taught me something frustrating — the paperwork and admin can be just as overwhelming as the work itself. Formation documents, compliance deadlines, policies, grant applications — I spent more time on admin than actually helping people.

We always wanted to track our impact — but it was difficult. When you're out every night feeding people, the last thing on your mind is logging data for a report that's due in six months.

So I built CIC Tools — and I used it myself. I registered Homeless Aid UK CIC through this very platform, generating our CIC36, Articles of Association, and IN01 in minutes instead of weeks. It's the platform I wish existed when I started.
